Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?
Add the items you need to the cart, press “Send enquiry” and leave your name, phone and email. We will get back to you to confirm availability, dates and the final price. You can also simply call one of the numbers below.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
No. Listed prices are per day, excluding VAT and transport. Delivery cost depends on the address and the size of the order and is confirmed together with your enquiry.
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is 24 hours. For longer events or multi-day festivals send us the dates and we will prepare an individual offer.
Can I collect the equipment myself?
Yes. Equipment can be collected in person from Sofia by prior arrangement. We also deliver anywhere in Bulgaria.
Do you build custom equipment?
Yes. Some of the equipment in our catalogue is designed and built by us. If you have an idea for a bar, table or décor piece made specifically for your event, describe it in your enquiry.
Do you deliver outside Sofia — to Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas?
Yes, we deliver across the country. Transport is calculated from the address and the size of the order and confirmed with your enquiry. For more distant cities, an earlier enquiry helps us plan the logistics.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. For small orders, though, transport can exceed the hire itself — in that case we suggest collecting in person from Sofia.
Do you set up on site?
As standard we deliver and unload at the address. Setup, arrangement and teardown after the event are available on request — mention it in your enquiry.
Can I hire for more than one day?
Yes. Standard hire is 24 hours; for multi-day events and festivals we agree the period and price in advance — just add your dates.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events 1–2 weeks is enough. In wedding season — May to September — we recommend 4–6 weeks so the exact chairs and tables you want are free.
