Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data kiselqchko.com collects, why we use it and how long we keep it. The data controller is Kiselqchko Event Rental, Sofia.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: name or company, phone, email and notes to the order, together with the list of selected items.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and confirm availability, dates, delivery and price. We do not send marketing messages and do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
How the enquiry is sent
The form is processed by the Web3Forms service, which delivers the message to our email. See its policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries in our mailbox for the duration of the order and up to 12 months afterwards, for reference on completed orders. After that they are deleted.
Cookies and local data
The site uses Google Analytics in cookieless mode: no identifiers are stored in your browser, IP addresses are anonymised and we see only aggregate data — how many visitors, which pages and from which city. There are no advertising scripts. Your browser stores only the chosen language and the cart contents so they persist between pages; they never leave your device.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion at any time by contacting us on the numbers listed. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
