Rental terms
How we work, from the first enquiry to the return of the equipment.
Enquiry and confirmation
Send an enquiry through the site or call us. We confirm availability for your date, the final price and the delivery method, usually within one working day. A booking is valid once we have confirmed it.
Rental period
The standard rental period is 24 hours. For multi-day events, or equipment that stays with you longer, we agree the period and the price in advance — just add your dates to the enquiry.
Prices and payment
All prices on the site are per 24 hours, excluding VAT and transport. Transport is calculated from the address and the volume. Payment method and terms are agreed when the order is confirmed.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver across Bulgaria by prior arrangement. Equipment can also be collected and returned in person in Sofia. Please make sure the unloading point is accessible at the agreed time.
Responsibility for the equipment
From handover until return, the equipment is the hirer's responsibility. Missing or damaged items are charged at the cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear is not charged. Equipment is returned in the packaging it came in. Tableware does not need to be washed — that is on us.
Changes and cancellation
Changes to an order are possible subject to availability — tell us as early as you can. For last-minute cancellations we may charge the preparation and transport costs already incurred.
